The caliber of tenants that we provide is higher than your typical property management company. We pay rent on-time and in full, regardless of if the home is occupied. We also cover the cost of repairs to your property, up to $200 per month, and have the property professionally cleaned in between corporate clients.
After we have pre-qualified your home to become a part of our corporate housing network, we sign a 12 month lease with you. If your property performs well over the first year, then we would extend the lease and become a long-term tenant.
